Vicki Treadwell

A qualified Bioprocess Engineer (B. Tech), Vicki has demonstrated remarkable career agility. Beginning her career in the Meat and Livestock industries, she progressed through various roles including research, project management, crisis management, consulting, ending this part of her career as General Manager for a consulting and training (RTO) company.

Vicki then transitioned into what she initially thought was a temporary role, setting up the HR function for one of Australia's largest food and environmental laboratories. This role revealed her true calling, leading her to create a people-centric HR brand focused on business needs and driven by data insights. Since 2018, Vicki has been the Head of Human Resources for Jonas Software in AUS-NZ leading innovative programs aimed at driving real value to businesses and employees.
