Mike Henton

Mike heads up the Perpetro Software Group, the fastest-growing operating group within Jonas Australia. With oversight of a diverse set of software businesses, Mike brings a broad focus across vertical markets and operational models.

After joining Jonas through the acquisition of Centaman Systems in 2010, Mike initially built the Jonas Leisure group before expanding his leadership across the wider portfolio. With a background in sport science and a passion for sales and marketing (and a not-so-secret love of data), Mike still occasionally wonders how he ended up in software—but he’s never looked back.

Mike is deeply committed to building strong teams and great vertical market software businesses, united by a shared commitment to operational excellence, strategic focus, and continuous improvement, with the primary goal of delivering outstanding solutions for the communities we serve.
